Reporting

The Reporting module is used to generate reports from the information stored in the PatronBase database.

Select the required report from the menu and select from the options presented.

Once a report has been generated, you can export the report or print it:

When you export a report, you can save it one of the following formats:

• Crystal Reports format
• PDF
• Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
• Microsoft Word document
• Rich Text format

All reports generated during a session are available from the Windows menu:

You can also launch other PatronBase modules by selecting them from the PatronBase menu.
