Conventions

Throughout this guide, the following conventions are used in the help to describe how to use PatronBase software.

Buttons, Tabs, Menus and Other Controls

All controls, such as buttons, tab names and menu options are shown in bold text.

Keyboard Entry

When you are required to press a specific key or type in a phrase, the key or text to enter is presented in monospace type.

Menu Paths

Menu paths are displayed as a series of steps separated with >. For example, selecting the Book Types menu option:

is described as selecting Setup > Sales > Book Types.
